ANXIETY REDUCTION MUFFINS
We created a healthy muffin recipe that promotes anxiety reduction. The ingredients in this recipe contain various mental health benefits.

Anxiety-Reducing Muffins Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup raw honey
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each muffin cup about 3/4 full.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
