BEET BLENDER JUICE

Beet Blender Juice Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium beets, peeled and chopped

  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped

  • 1 large apple, cored and chopped

  • 1 inch piece of ginger, peeled and chopped

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • 1 cup water or coconut water

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. If the juice is too thick, add more water or coconut water to thin it out.

  3. Strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any pulp.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
