EARL GREY VEGAN GUMMIES

Earl Grey tea contains caffeine, which is a natural stimulant that can provide an energy boost. The amount of caffeine in Earl Grey tea can vary depending on the type of tea and how it is brewed, but on average, a cup of Earl Grey tea contains about 30-60 milligrams of caffeine. This is less caffeine than a cup of coffee, but still enough to provide a moderate energy boost.

In addition to caffeine, Earl Grey tea also contains a compound called theanine, which can help to increase mental alertness and focus while reducing feelings of anxiety and stress. The combination of caffeine and theanine can provide a balanced, sustained energy boost that can help you to stay alert and focused throughout the day.
