Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 cup dark chocolate (70% or higher)
1 tbsp coconut oil (for smooth chocolate coating)
Instructions
Prepare the Yogurt Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chopped strawberries, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Shape the Bites
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
