BETTER SLEEP ESSENTIAL OIL BLEND

Essential oils are are derived from natural sources, such as flowers, leaves, and roots of plants, and can provide a natural, non-invasive way to improve sleep quality without the use of prescription drugs or over-the-counter sleep aids.We have created a simple essential oil blend for better sleep. We have created a blend that promotes restful sleep.

Ingredients:

  • 3 drops chamomile essential oil
