VEGAN SLEEP GUMMIES

Falling asleep naturally is important for our overall health and well-being. Getting a good night's sleep is crucial for our physical, mental, and emotional health. During sleep, our bodies repair and regenerate tissues, our brains consolidate memories and process information, and our immune system strengthens. We created a recipe for all vegan natural sleep gummies:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup 100% tart cherry juice

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 4 tablespoons agar agar powder

  • 1 teaspoon magnesium citrate powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the tart cherry juice, water, and maple syrup. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.

  2. Add the agar agar powder to the saucepan and stir until it is completely dissolved.

  3. Reduce the heat to low and continue to stir the mixture for 5 minutes, making sure the agar agar is fully dissolved.

  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool slightly.

  5. Add the magnesium citrate powder, ashwagandha powder, and nutmeg powder to the saucepan and stir until well combined.

  6. Pour the mixture into silicone gummy molds and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until the gummies are set.

  7. Once the gummies are set, remove them from the molds and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
